My Interpretation

Unleash your Inner Child.
It is evident that whoever has the courage to follow their inner voice and passion, they lead a more joyful and fulfilling life. And, that whenever you get the chance to see someone having fun and letting their true self shine, you can't help but watch in awe.

Outcome

Final Thoughts

By giving myself permission the creative freedom to create a shoe out of anything, I decided to experiment with LEGO because it’s often known as that painful object hiding in the rug, I wanted to flip that perception and challenge myself to design a wearable LEGO shoe.

Overall, I really enjoyed this build as it challenged me to think more about the engineering and functionality of how I could make a wearable shoe out of stiff materials. It really improved my technical constuction skills.

If I were to do it over again, I would play more with the customization aspect of the heel, where I could interchange a new heel design.

Maybe there will be another iteration of this shoe to incorporate this idea.
